Roda shopping center is planned as an extension of two existing supermarket buildings located on adjacent building lots. The 108 000 sqm building is designed as three connected elements, in a ribbon that is joining the existing structure. First two floors are designed as shopping areas, where as the upper floor are planned to be used as an office space of Investors company. Third building is designed as a garage for company employees. The architectural finishing is dominated by a continuous glass facade with randomized distribution of translucent sunscreen elements.
