Scope of project involves building a new multi-level parking garage for around 2300 vehicles, shopping mall and hotel, all part of the Clinical centre in Banja Luka. Garage is planned on 5 levels, on a south facing slope of the clinical centre complex, it has 5 storeys of parking areas, with three entrances for vehicles. Construction is made of prefabricated concrete elements. Shopping mall and hotel are built on top of a part of garage, with shops, restaurants and accomodation to be used by visitors and staff of the clinical centre. Gross are of garage is around 74000 m² and shopping mall with hotel is around 12500 m².
