On ground floor and 1st floor level is a shopping area with coffee shop in main hall and employer services rooms mostly on 1st floor. Accesses to the 2nd floor is from open parking on back building side; there are three separated shops with sales area, space for employees with a block of technical facilities. Parking facilities are provided at ground level, 1st and 2nd floors of the building, and in accordance with different leveling approaches.
